Captain Ian Willoughby has been a commercial airline pilot for over 20 years.  Currently he flies for a well-known international airline.  He comes to the Late Late Breakfast with extraordinary insights in business leadership, teamwork and taking responsibility.  However, he was not always a pilot but a financial adviser - who after some coaching, was challenged to pursue a dream goal, albeit late in life.  His family laughed.  Flying schools told him he was too old.  And everything seemed stacked against him.  But in his heart he knew what he wanted to do and needed to do - and against all odds achieved it…
